Caitlyn

Born and raised in Eastern Kentucky, Caitlyn has always had a deep love for animals. She obtained her  Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Morehead State University, graduating with honors. She initially started her career in geriatrics as a scheduler and worked her way up to Vice President of Operations over the course of a decade. 

After several rewarding years in senior living where she honed in on her skills in operational management, staff leadership and patient care, she felt a strong calling to explore her true passion. Her passion for animals, combined with her experience in managing complex healthcare systems, led her to a fantastic opportunity to serve as a Practice Manager at Animal Medical Clinic. She’s always had a deep love for animals and as the pet industry continues to grow, she recognized a unique opportunity to leverage her expertise in running operations, ensuring quality care and fostering positive relationships with clients and staff.

Transitioning to a veterinary clinic allows her to combine her managerial experience with her personal passion for animal welfare, all while continuing to make a difference in the lives of those who depend on us for care—whether human or animal.
Outside of her professional life, she lives on 7 acres where she spends most of her time outdoors, tending to her plants and enjoying the company of her three dogs.
