Behind the scenes of every appointment is a team working hard to make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible. Today, we want to shine a spotlight on a group that truly keeps things running — our incredible pharmacy staff.
Our pharmacy is led by Teri, our Pharmacy Manager, who keeps everything organized, efficient, and moving at a fast pace. Supporting her are Sahra and Mia, our Pharmacy Assistants, and together these ladies are truly non-stop. From the moment the day begins, they are hard at work ensuring your pet’s medications are handled quickly and accurately.
This team fills prescriptions fast enough that many of our clients are able to head home with medications before even leaving the exam room. In addition to preparing prescriptions, they manage and track inventory, making sure medications and products are always available when needed. They also place special orders for medications and prescription diets, ensuring pets get exactly what they need as quickly as possible.
Beyond the pharmacy counter, they keep our mini store fully stocked, place routine medication orders, call prescriptions into outside pharmacies, and handle a steady stream of phone calls — all while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Their organization and efficiency help prevent delays and keep everything running smoothly.
Their work plays a huge role in making visits to our practice more convenient for both our clients and patients. By streamlining the medication process and staying one step ahead, they help reduce wait times and allow our medical team to focus on what matters most — your pet’s care.
