Celebrating Mandy: The Friendly Face of Client Care
Mandy is one of our incredible Client Service Representatives, and for many clients, she is the first voice they hear and the first smile they see. Her compassion, patience, and attention to detail help set the tone for every visit.
Mandy has a remarkable ability to support clients during both routine appointments and emotional moments. She keeps communication flowing between clients and the medical team and ensures everyone feels welcomed and supported. Her dedication to customer service and teamwork makes a lasting impact every single day.
Celebrating Alyssa: Our After-Hours ICU Champion
Alyssa serves as our Night Technician, working behind the scenes during after-hours to ensure our hospital never misses a beat. While most of us are home resting, Alyssa is hard at work stocking the hospital, caring for ICU patients, monitoring critical cases, and supporting overnight needs.
Her attention to detail and calm presence are essential to patient safety and continuity of care. Alyssa’s role requires independence, responsibility, and compassion—and she brings all of that and more to every shift.
Five years of service is no small accomplishment, and we are truly grateful for everything Mandy and Alyssa contribute to our hospital. Their hard work, reliability, and passion make a difference every day, even when it happens quietly behind the scenes.
