Every year, Administrative Professionals Day serves as a reminder to recognize the dedicated individuals who keep businesses running smoothly. In the veterinary field, our Client Service Representatives (CSRs) play an essential role in ensuring pets receive the care they need while offering comfort and guidance to pet parents.

Thank youToday, we want to take a moment to express our deepest appreciation for our hardworking and compassionate CSRs: Sarell, Tina, Stephanie, Marilyn, Dennis, Bernie, Elizabeth, Amber, Carrie, Mandy, Jude, Angel, and Tiffany. Each of them brings something special to our team, making a difference in the lives of pets and their families every single day.

Our CSRs are the first friendly faces you see when you walk through the door and the reassuring voices you hear when you call with questions or concerns. Their job goes beyond scheduling appointments—they provide emotional support, coordinate critical care, and ensure seamless communication between pet owners and our veterinary team.

More Than Just a Desk Job

In the animal field, being a Client Service Representative means more than just a desk job. The job includes handling:

  • Emergency situations with a calm demeanor
  • Scheduling and managing patient flow to keep everything running efficiently
  • Educating pet parents on preventive care, treatment plans, and financial options
  • Offering a compassionate ear during difficult times, whether it’s a sick pet or saying goodbye to a beloved companion.

Veterinary medicine is a team effort, and our CSRs are the backbone that holds it all together. Their dedication, patience, and love for animals make a difference in every pet’s life they touch.

We also want to say a big THANK YOU to the Administrative Professionals on our team! Sheryl Williams, our HR Manager, is involved in recruiting, training, counseling and making sure our staff is cared for.  Our bookkeeper, Beverly Rose, keeps all the bills paid and handles our payroll.  And our Administrative Assistant/Social Media Director Nicolette Rhodes helps everyone in a thousand different ways as well as writing most of our blog articles and social media posts.  Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are beyond grateful to have you as part of our team.

If you see one of our amazing CSRs or administrative professionals today, be sure to give them a big thank you for all that they do!
