Prescription Refill Policy

If there are refills left on your prescription, and the prescription is less than 6 months old, there is usually not a problem refilling it. Otherwise, we usually have to get a doctor's approval. Please allow at least 24 hours to fill the prescription.

The most convenient way to order refills is through your Pet Portal because it contains a list of medications your pet is taking and a link to reorder them. If you have not yet set up your Pet Portal, you can use the request form below.

It is illegal for us to dispense prescription medicine for any pet we have not examined within the last year. If this is the case, please Request an Appointment for an examination.
