If there are refills left on your prescription, and the prescription is less than 6 months old, there is usually not a problem refilling it. Otherwise, we usually have to get a doctor's approval. Please allow at least 24 hours to fill the prescription.
It is illegal for us to dispense prescription medicine for any pet we have not examined within the last year. If this is the case, please Request an Appointment for an examination.
